About Montroyal villas

The exclusive residential complex “Montroyal” consists of 11 independent luxury villas, where you will find everything you need for your comfort and security during holidays or permanent residence.

A t the beginning of 2017 we started construction of the first phase, comprised of 3 (luxury) villas. As of today, Phase 1 is already completed and sold. .

Work on Phase 2, consisting of another 3 (luxury) vilas, commenced in March 2018, and is scheduled to be completed in April 2019. Work on the fourth villa of Phase 2 will commence in March 2019, with completion of construction set for April 2020. .

Our company pays great attention to detail during the design, construction and completion of our projects, down to the smallest details during each step of the process. We believe this differentiates us from many other constructors in terms of the quality of the entire project, from start to finish. The complex sits at the foot of the imposing mountain “Montroyal”, which not only gives the complex its name, but also protects it from the frequent winds coming from the Mediterranean Sea. The complex shares its location, as part of the final row of houses in front of the mountain, with some of the most expensive villas in the area. The complex’s position provides impressive sea views that can be enjoyed from each villa, uninterrupted by the rooftops of other houses. This is made possible by the elevated position of the plots- roughly seven meters above the level of the street, which places the complex above all the houses in front.

In planning the “Montroyal” complex, we have paid special attention to the privacy of all the villas, which are distributed in a single line, all facing the sea. Additionally, the plots are divided by green areas abundant plants that provide privacy between neighbouring villas. The complex enjoys total privacy from the adjacent villas, elevated seven meters above the rows in front, and separated from the villas behind by a ten-meter stone wall. “Montroyal” is very close to the main access roads of the area, but its position ensures that no traffic noise can be heard from the villas, allowing the occupants to be in total harmony with nature.
